Obejvák* started in 2016 as a shared art studio in a disused warehouse, in a crumbling industrial building. It has since occupied different spaces, including our latest project space in VNITROBLOCK. It was the birthplace of the Zvlast Collective and is currently a floating project aiming to become a network of shared and individual art studios and art spaces.
*If you're reading this far away from Bohemia, you might not know this: in Czech, "Obejvák" is a slang word for a living room.
